Hi, I found your posts most interesting and informative, Thanks. I’m a UK expat living in Granada, Spain, I’m a retired baker (Bakery here for 10 years) and mostly spend my time Cake Decorating but I like the idea of this Supper Club idea very much. Keep up the good work, I will be following you from now on.

For a first go I think that was a fine effort. The number of cronuts to make was planned just right too.

Good I like using my smoker so I’ll get a batch made up when you’re back in London. In fact I’d like to experiment with different proportions of smoked chocolate to normal chocolate so you can be my guinea pig.

I’m so pleased you like it – especially as you sorted my computer out when it was broken and nurtured it to a state where it only intermittently breaks down so that I can post in the interim.
